If you LOVE shrimp scampi BUT you are on a diet, try this recipe!
YOU WILL NEED:
1 CUP OF COCONUT OIL
1/3 cup HEAVY CREAM OR CANNED COCONUT MILK
Start cooking the shrimp in the skillet. Once halfway cooked mix in ALL ingredients and set on low heat with a cover on top to let the flavors soak in for a few minutes! Once cooked well set on top of your favorite salad or rice and there you have it some skinny shrimp scampi enjoy!!!
