Brain Functioning Matcha Latte

Matcha has some of the most amazing benefits such as, boosting your metabolism, prevents liver damage , may prevent cancer, and improves how your brain functions . I made a recipe that is surprisingly refreshing and yummy that is sugar free and will not decrease your progress!

You will need:

  • matcha powder (without sugar)

  • stevia

  • heavy whipping cream or REAL coconut milk

You will pour in 1 1/2 tablespoons of matcha powder in a cup. Steam up water until hot. Pour it in cup and than add in 4 stevia packets and the heavy whipping cream or coconut milk ,mix all together . Now you have a delicious Matcha without all of the added sugars !
