Healthy Honey Dijon Wings

I always wanted to make wings are that were sweet and savory with a guilt free pleasure ! I found a way to make that happen and you will not even lose your progress with your body transformation!


You will need :


Skinny girl honey Dijon salad dressing

three packets of stevia

chicken wings

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Pour dressing into bowl and mix the stevia packets in the bowl! Drop each wing separately in the bowl and mix the wing in the dressing . Once you soak up all of the wings , you will pop it in the oven for about 45 minutes.Serve it and enjoy !
